We believe in aptitude testing at High Growth. We will test candidates skills against the company's
specific needs using aptitude testing for areas such as sales closing, product knowledge, leadership
skills, strategic thinking, negotiating skills, attention to detail etc. Whatever the aptitude we can
create an exercise around it!
