Our methods have been shaped not by our clients but by candidates’ feedback at all levels. We aim to give the best opportunity possible for candidates to show and demonstrate their special talents (as opposed to telling us about them). Although we specialise in executive recruitment solutions for all executive and management jobs, our process also works exceptionally well for many other types of role.

These are run in a non-threatening and non-pressure environment and we consistently receive 100% feedback that having been through OUR process, candidates prefer it to the old out-dated interviews.

■ WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION

  • Once you have submitted your application we will send you an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your application and detailing when we will be in touch next.  If we feel it necessary we may also request further information from you at this stage.  Please note, this may take up to 3 days depending on the number of applications and position we are dealing with.
  • You will receive an email shortly after the closing date informing you if you have been short listed or not.  We communicate with all our candidates even if your application has been unsuccessful.
  • If your application is successful you will be invited to attend the selection event on the date detailed in the advert you responded to.
  • You will have a full day in front of the prospective employer*.
  • The day will be interactive and we will do everything within our power to relax you.
  • The company you are hoping to work for will give a full presentation on the company, their culture and the job in question. This will be followed by a question and answer session.
  • At the end of the selection event the next steps will be clearly explained together with clear timescales.

  • Final interviews will take place very shortly after the selection event so you won’t be kept hanging around!
  • All candidates will be given the opportunity to receive feedback following the selection event.
  • If you are appointed, a High Growth team member will coach you for the first three months of your employment. (We are qualified high performance coaches)

* Occasionally this may be a half day depending on the position.
