■ CV EVALUATION & SCORING AGAINST CLIENT CRITERIA
We will acknowledge all applications sift CV's in a sectured process scoring against
key skills/experience/qualifications
■ INVITATIONS AND TELEPHONE BRIEFING OF SHORT LIST*
We will invite top scoring candidates to the Selection Day
■ PLANNING OF SELECTION DAY
We will plan and run the Selection Day to include appropriate exercises to test required behaviours and skills
■ CLIENT PREPARATION
We will update you every step of the way and involve you in the Selection Day via a company presentation and performing assessor roles.
■ FACILITATED SELECTION DAY
We will run a full-day programme hosted by client for group of c. 5-15 candidates - the programme will include:
- client company presentation from senior staff, with Q&A
- programme of practical group exercises with client observation/interaction
- written exercise on client issue
- 5-minute individual interviews
■ COLLECTIVE CANDIDATE RANKING & SHORTLIST
We will assist in short listing the top candidates from the Selection Event.
■ BRIEFING CLIENT
We will give a full briefing of candidates during handover of CV's of short listed candidates.
■ TELEPHONE FEEDBACK FOR ALL CANDIDATES
We will, on request, give feedback to candidates on their performance.
■ FINAL INTERVIEWS
We will provide a speical format for final interviews by client**
■ COACHING IN POST
We will give three months' coaching support of appointee and/or line manager.
