Rachel O’Kennedy is the company’s most recent recruit to experience the unique High Growth Recruitment selection approach. She has joined the company to support Richard Goodier develop both the recruitment business and The Academy for Chief Executives activity in the South predominantly in the London and Oxford region.
Rachel has a background in recruitment, training and HR having spent 6 years with a global manufacturer however her heart belongs to SME’s as she spent time with Business Link Milton Keynes, Bucks and Oxfordshire supporting a large portfolio of SME clients from a wide range of sectors.
