Sarah McDowell joined High Growth Recruitment in July 2005 after being recruited the High Growth way. Her previous experience includes managing a large portfolio of national and international clients.
Sarah has spent the past 8 years recruiting people for her own teams and understands the short falls and pit falls of standard interview techniques and is a firm believer that selection outweighs training.
Sarah is largely involved with The Academy for Chief Executives in the North West and has an active involvement in the organisation and activities within Peter and Richard’s Academy Groups of Chief Executives and Managing Directors.
