High Growth Recruitment, executive and management recruiters, was set up in 2002 by Peter Hills and Richard Goodier to help companies find and keep exceptional people. Peter and Richard started High Growth Recruitment because they frequently came across companies that struggled to recruit and were tired of the traditional recruitment agencies and their ‘hit and miss’ offerings. Over the years we have developed our unique High Growth CAB process to enable companies to find people who are good at the job, not just interviews.

Companies use High Growth Recruitment because they believe that seeing potential employees’ skills and qualities, their fit with company culture, aptitude and behaviours, mixed with the candidates finding out as much as they can about the company and the position they are applying for, is much better than the traditional interview approach.

Each assignment is tailored to meet individual customers needs. A great deal of time is spent at the beginning of the assignment to identify exactly what our clients require from the position available to the type of person needed to fill the position. A carefully developed advert is then produced to attract the right type of person and the selection event is prepared to include specific exercises to help identify the right candidate(s) for each company.d
